Heart Beat is an internal workforce intelligence platform operated by RZR Global. The platform aggregates data from authorized workplace tools to provide organizational insights, performance analytics, and operational dashboards. Access is limited to authorized employees and contractors of RZR Global and its affiliated organizations.
2. User Responsibilities
By accessing Heart Beat, you agree to use the platform solely for legitimate business purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share access credentials, export sensitive data without authorization, or attempt to circumvent any security measures.
3. Data Privacy
Heart Beat collects and processes workplace data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All data displayed on the platform is sourced from authorized integrations with third-party workplace tools. Individual-level data is accessible only to authorized managers and administrators. We implement industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your information.
4. Limitation of Liability
Heart Beat is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. RZR Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform. Data displayed on the platform is for informational purposes and should not be the sole basis for employment decisions.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of Heart Beat after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes via the platform.
